"I'm very happy to recommend Ed Lefebvre and his dustless refinishing process. I now have beautiful new floors, but with the age of the old fir still evident, just what I wanted. He paid attention to my concerns, worked to get unattractive imperfections out, and made sure I was happy with the stain chosen. (We had maybe 8 patches of stain on the floor, 'Now turn the light on and off, walk all around, it'll change...') I counted 5 different machines in my hallway for specialized use, but there was much that had to be attended to by hand, nails to be sunk, patches to be filled, work around awkward old pipes and radiators. Ed worked really hard, was friendly, yet totally professional. And, yes, it IS dustless! Everything sucked out to the system in his trailer outside. I'm impressed, and am already recommending Ed to friends."

“I recently purchased a house and decided to have the floors (mix of top nailed with inlays and tongue & groove) refinished before moving in. I had a three week window between my possession date and my move in date so it was important that the floors be completed several days before moving in. I booked an estimate with Ed who arrived as scheduled and outlined his recommendations after assessing the floors. Shortly after Rita provided me with a detailed, competitive, estimate with a time frame on when the job would start and end. The scope was approx 1,000 sq ft of floor to be sanded and finished along with some repair work in one of the rooms. For the repair work, Ed sourced similar vintage and exact sized pieces to match what was already in the room. Before and during the job, Ed took the time to explain the various steps in refinishing the floors and why he was using certain products. Furthermore, the job was started and completed on time and his estimate was the final price.
"The dustless system that Ed uses is true as I didn't have to dust ledges, doors, cabinets after the floors were refinished. The cleanliness of the house was the same after Ed finished the floors as it was before.
"Since the floors were re-done, everyone who has been in my house has commented on the floors and no one has noticed that any repair work was done.
