We use Bona Traffic waterborne finish, which provides the ultimate in durability and beauty, outperforming any finish in the industry. With fast dry and cure times, it is suitable for heavy traffic areas, both commercial and residential, and is UL classified for slip-resistance.
Bona Traffic is GREENGUARD certified for indoor air quality so that you don’t have to move out of your home.
Installations & Repairs

Lefebvre Dustless Floor Sanding is committed to giving customers a healthier and cleaner alternative to traditional hardwood floor sanding. With 20 years’ experience in the hardwood floor industry, we guarantee personable service and high quality workmanship. Our president, Ed Lefebvre, is a certified journeyman and for three years was the Manager of the Sanding and Finishing Division of BC’s oldest and largest traditional hardwood floor sanding company. We purchased the first Atomic Trailer in the Greater Vancouver area in 2006, and are now the only local company to use it.
Traditional hardwood floor sanding produces enormous amounts of airborne dust, which is not only extremely messy and difficult to clean up, but can be toxic and carcinogenic, depending on the species of wood. This dust can linger in air ducts, and on walls and ceilings, long after the sanding process has taken place, compromising the air quality of your home or place of business.
We use the Bona Atomic Trailer Mounted Dust Containment System, the most powerful and effective dust containment on the market. Dust produced during the sanding process is extracted before it becomes airborne and is contained offsite. Airborne dust will not settle into the finish, producing a higher quality result. Site protection and clean up are unnecessary. You will not even have to remove your drapes or blinds.
The Bona Atomic Dust Containment System is the only system to be certified by the Greenguard Environmental Institute, a non-profit organization that establishes standards and testing for indoor products with the goal of helping manufacturers build better and safer products.
